Sa Pobla - Villa

Villa Frida is a spacious village villa with a big terrace and pool, a perfect combination of historic and modern design. Situated 11 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro and only 12 minutes drive from Pollensa old town, it is without doubt an unique option to enjoy a large villa with family and friends.

As you enter the house there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the sun. On both sides of the pool there is a house with very different styles. To the right a modern style house, with beautiful and comfortable furniture and light colors. This house has a large double bedroom with high wooden beamed ceilings, decorated with modern paintings and a private bathroom. There is another double bedroom with two large single beds, also with a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool.

At the end of this house there is a huge rustic, natural stone, Mallorcan style kitchen with very high ceilings, where you can enjoy preparing exquisite culinary recipes. There is a large wooden table and a lounge open to the kitchen with comfortable armchairs to share watching a movie on the TV or playing board games. The kitchen-dining room has large windows that open completely and have direct access to the pool and terrace. Next to the kitchen there is another bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. There is unlimited free WiFi for your use throughout the villa.

On the other side of the pool is a historic house dating back to 1900. It still has an archway, typical of the time, and a fountain which was a horse drinking trough.
In this house there are three bedrooms, two of them are doubles and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower and a large living room with sofas where you can read a good book or enjoy a glass of local wine.

There is a barbecue on the terrace and a ping pong table to play and have fun while some take a dip in the pool, chat or enjoy the sun.

Villa Frida is centrally located with bars and restaurants, a supermarket within walking distance and easy access to the rest of the island by train, bus or car.

The beaches of Alcudia and Muro are 11 minutes drive from the villa. Pollensa old town and the northern beaches are also close by.
The caves of Campanet, and the water springs of Ufanes are another interesting spot close to this amazing villa.
The Sunday morning market in Pollensa or Sa Pobla, where you will find everything from farm animals, flowers, clothes to food and gifts.

The Villa is in a neighborhood with a lot of parking, so you can park in front of the villa.
