The exclusive Villa Coloma is located in a great rural area near Port Pollensa. Stylish beach bistros in Port Pollensa and numerous water sports activities give this area a Mediterranean and unique atmosphere. This stunning three bedroom luxury villa has wonderful views across the countryside to the mountains, a great large pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and free Wi-Fi.
Great attention has been paid to a very exclusive and luxurious decor and design, with lovely details of typical Mediterranean elements and decor.
The private swimming pool is huge to enjoy it during your holidays. The large outdoor covered sitting and resting area is just one of the highlights of this beautiful exclusive villa. Long dining wood tables and modern seating area, with comfortable sofas with pool area views makes this area an unique freestanding terrace. Together with the barbecue area invites to unforgettable barbecue events and great dinners with friends and family. From the pool you can enjoy a view of the neighboring treetops and the silhouette of the mountains of the Tramuntana Mountains, world heritage since 2011.
A private entrance leads directly to the covered parking of the villa with the main entrance at the front of the house. Two cars can easily be parked here.

The decoration of the bedrooms and the bathroom is a perfect blend of modern and Mediterranean style, with the elegance of a high quality property.
Two bedrooms with plenty of storage space and air conditioning are on the ground floor, one with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bath en suite and a lovely terrace.T he first bedroom with double bed has its own en suite bathroom with a spacious modern bathtub. There is also a bathroom in the corridor of the two other bedrooms.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
In Pollensa you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

Huge pool, great location, incredibly well stocked kitchen. Great air con and fabulous large shaded seated area although only ‘comfy’ settee seating for 4 people- there were 6 of us so had to use the plastic dining table chairs.

More comfortable seating for 6 guests (would imagine most bookings are for more than 4 people). We also only had 5 pool towells during our stay. There was an issue with the pool pump (or similar) and whilst that was sorted quite quickly we were unablsee more

There was an issue with the pool pump (or similar) and whilst that was sorted quite quickly we were unable to use the pool for a day due to the green algae forming which was disappointing during our stay. Guess there’s not too much you can improve on though as you acted upon it as soon as I reported it. We would still stay there again though as it was a fantastic villa with the usual exceptional support from the Owl Team, and we’ll certainly be booking again in that area with Owl again

The fact that the upstairs area had not been maintained very well was a surprise to you (eg the broken sun bed, dead plants and a broken wardrobe that the owner had not repaired) and the air-conditioning was faulty until Owl’s technician repaired it.see more

Also, I think clients might like to know that while it is in a quiet part of the resort, it is next door to a 5 bedroom Villa which can attract a couple of families with very noisy children.

BBQ difficult to work as no lighter fluidlarge coals and BBQ slightly broken. Didn’t end up using it because of this. Also, pool temperature quite cold even in the hot sun.

I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet break in Mallorca. The villa is very spacious and the facilities in kitchen, lounge etc were brilliant too, really struggling to think of anything they could improve!
