Villa Bernat is a lovely villa with stunning mountain views, a spacious terrace and a refreshing pool, all surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with lawn area.The Villa is situated in a great location within a short walking distance to the beach and village of Puerto Pollensa.
Enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the pool while sunbathing on the terrace. From here there you directly access to the comfortable lounge and fully equipped and new furnished kitchen, offering all items and devices you will need for your perfect stay: dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle.
From the lounge with cozy sofas, sitting and interior dining area there is a direct access to the corridor and the comfortable bedrooms of Villa Bernat: a double bedroom with bathroom en suite a twin bedrooms with mountain views and a second double bedroom furnished with wardrobes. All rooms are brightly and friendly decorated in a modern style. There is also a fully fitted family bathroom between this two bedrooms. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.
There is an easy accessible third full bathroom with shower in the pool area of the Villa.
Free WIFI, table tennis, international TV channels and Net Flix will entertain you perfectly during your stay in this Villa.
Enjoy an amazing dinner with friends and family under the open sky at the large veranda table, close to the stone made BBQ or just relax on the sunbeds close to the pool the summer sky of Mallorca.
The unique location, just a ten minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa, makes this villa an ideal choice for travelers who don´t want to drive during their stay. From the Villa you can walk to the beach (10min) and in the evening participate at the numerous activities in town or visit the idyllic restaurants by the sea and local bars the village offers.
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort offering everything you will need for your perfect stay in Mallorca. The beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of water sports activities to choose from. During the day time you can relax at the beach or for our more active guests there are possibilities to practice windsurfing, jet ski, sailing, etc.
In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.
There is a large supermarket just at the entrance of the town, only a 7 minutes walk from the Villa.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.
Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
There is a virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Bernat. The only access to it is by walk, and it can take around 1 hour excursion to finally meet with pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.
A car is not necessary due to its wonderful location and proximity to Puerto Pollensa, though there is private parking available, in case it is decided to rent it to discover the beautiful and picturesque places around the Villa.

As there is no frosted glass in the bathrooms some form of blind or curtain would help, just felt slightly exposed. Also, the twin room would benefit from a proper door as everything can be heard through the present one. Ceiling in en suite bedroom nsee more

Lovely villa and ideal location if you don't want to hire a car. Used a taxi company recommended by Owl booking who were excellent. Owl Bookings were so efficient and managed to arrange a fence around the pool at very last minute and they also arransee more

Owl Bookings were so efficient and managed to arrange a fence around the pool at very last minute and they also arranged for a maintenance man to visit who was with us in 15 minutes - superb service. Mosquitos proved a problem but that was the only downside of our holiday!

I never leave reviews but this villa was so great I feel I must! Wonderful location that is both conveniently located near to the beach / fab supermarket / restaurants and bars but also feels secluded and quiet surrounded by fields and the mountains - I did not need to worry about my 2 and 3 years olds noise levels! Outside the grounds are well looked after, pool really good size and you feel really safe as it is all enclosed. Inside the villa itself has been recently d, 2 beautiful bathrooms and great kitchen with everything you could possibly need arranged in a really logical way. We felt at home almost immediately, couple of steps up on both sides of the villa but still felt really safe and compact for my family. The villa was presented with impeccable standards of cleanliness - we were so impressed. Additionally the lady who met us and changed our towels couldn’t have been friendlier and happy to help. We had one small issue with a pool light which was resolved almost immediately. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I cannot recommend this villa enough :)
