Villa Suavet Petit is full of Spanish character and charm, with a beautiful private swimming pool, lawned garden, traditional design and views of the surrounding countryside.
It has been made great use of typical Mediterranean style and design. This spacious and charming villa on two levels provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in friendly and charming colors. Free WiFi is available at Villa Suavet Petit.
It only takes five minutes drive to Pollensa Old town and to the beach of Puerto Pollensa. This fantastic three bedroom Villa, is very spacious with 220 m2, huge stunning private pool and a beautiful garden which ensures a good amount of sun throughout the day, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The additional outdoor kitchen with BBQ invites for alfresco dining day or night. Under the covered terrace there is a comfortable sitting area.
In the ground floor, the lounge area has traditional wooden furnishings and a high ceiling with exposed beams. A comfortable sitting area with TV is situated close to the dining area. The well equipped and spacious kitchen is next to it with a breakfast table and direct access to the pool.
In the same floor there is also has a double bedroom with a full bathroom en suite and a twin bedroom with bathroom in the corridor.
The third bedroom with bathroom en suite is located on the first floor and offer marvelous views. All bedrooms continues the Spanish theme with elegant high quality furniture and sufficient storage for your holiday luggage.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
A real Spanish experience with fantastic mountain scenery, large pool and gardens.
In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig sowie gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, dabei haben zwei Zimmer einen direkten Zugang zum Bad. Beim dritten Zimmer bilden Zimmer und Bad letztlich auch eine Einheit, indsee more
Die Villa ist sehr geräumig sowie gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, dabei haben zwei Zimmer einen direkten Zugang zum Bad. Beim dritten Zimmer bilden Zimmer und Bad letztlich auch eine Einheit, indem sie an einem eigenen kleinen Korridor liegen. Zum Haus gehört ein schön angelegter Garten mit einem grosszügigen Outdoor-Essbereich und einem grossen Pool. Auf der überdachten Veranda vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass zu dieser auch mehrere gut erhaltene, funktionsfähige Tischtenniskellen und -bälle vorrätig waren sowie dass neben dem üblichen Handtücher-Set pro Person noch eine Mehrzahl Pool-Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Der hübsche Ort Pollença und die schöne Uferpromenade von Port de Pollença sind in wenigen Autofahrminuten erreichbar. Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team von Owl Booking hat uns vor der Anreise sowie vor Ort sehr nett und hilfreich betreut.
Hinweis: Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurückversetzt von der Hauptstrasse und ist über eine sehr schmale, eigene Zufahrt zu erreichen, die nicht ganz einfach direkt zu finden ist, vor allem nicht im Dunkeln. Es empfiehlt sich daher, die Anreise so zu legen, dass man noch bei Tageslicht eintrifft. |

Es wäre schön, wenn Salz/Pfeffer/Öl als Grundausstattung vorhanden wären bzw. jeweils belassen werden könnten, damit dies nicht jeder Gast neu kaufen muss.
