Description
Villa Siquier is one of the most fantastic rentals in our portfolio, set in the hills but not far from the historic Town of Pollença. Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated and very spacious with its five large bedrooms, centrally controlled air conditioning and wireless internet access available in the whole villa and outdoor areas.
The lounge area stretches along almost the whole length of the house and has large patio doors overlooking the terrace and lawn gardens beyond. Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool surrounded by a stoned terrace with plenty of space for sun bathing whilst covered terrace is the perfect spot for long balmy evenings, ‘al fresco’ dining and expansive countryside views.
On the ground floor you’ll find the a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other is a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a second full bathroom in this area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and all utilities that a kitchen may require.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are two more twin bedrooms with great views towards the mountains and town, and another family bathroom.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
Villa Siquier includes modern facilities as Free A/C, Free WiFi, Private Pool, music player and table tennis.
The Villa has a step access of a 9 per 4 meters large private roman style Pool with 1.10m to 2.1m depth, surrounded by beautiful lawn areas and close to the fabulous terrace, the covered dining area for memorable evenings with family and friends. Other external features are a built in BBQ and a laundry.
Please yourself with amazing mountains and Pollensa bay views, in the excellent location of Villa Siquier. Relax or have fun in the pool with the luxury Balinese beds with your beloved ones, in a quiet area of the villa and still very close to the old town and the beach.
The use of a car is necessary to move easily and make the most of your stay, as there is much more to explore in the surroundings of Villa Siquier!
The Villa with a great location is only 5 minutes from the beach of Puerto Pollença and 10 minutes from Cala Sant Vicenç, 5 minutes from the nearest Grocery and only 5 minutes from the center of Pollença by car.
In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

We were a family of 11 with 5 children,this included three generations. The accommodation was very well equipped. Plenty of towels, including pool towels. A welcome pack was well stocked with bread, milk, orange, coffee, wine etc. The pool man came see more
We were a family of 11 with 5 children,this included three generations. The accommodation was very well equipped. Plenty of towels, including pool towels. A welcome pack was well stocked with bread, milk, orange, coffee, wine etc. The pool man came every day to clean pool, he was very pleasant and informative. We had a small problem with air conditioning which was immediately sorted. The lady who oversaw everything was wonderful. She even bought us an amazing homemade cake. One of the children had earache, she sorted drops for us. Very caring. We ordered from local restaurant 'Manolos' who delivered to the villa. A good choice of food, paella, pizzas etc . They delivered on time hot large portions. Would recommend. All on all a wonderful experience . I would book through Owl again, they respond immediately to any questions you may have If you are undecided about this villa ,all I can say the views are magnificent and with a car you are not far from supermarkets and old town and Puerto Pollensa.

I am being picky to leave a comment here but maybe if pool towels could be changed with the bedding etc. Also a couple if bedrooms could do with a mirror and more hangers.
