Chalet Lloberina is an exquisitely renovated historic chalet in Pollença. Built approximately 500 years ago, it combines history and comfort in an idyllic setting. Its location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of Colonya Valley, offers an unparalleled refuge of tranquillity and beauty.

The outdoor space has been designed for maximum enjoyment. Its impressive carved stone swimming pool, with gentle slopes, invites a relaxing swim, while comfortable sun loungers, spacious terraces and a covered pergola with a large dining table for eight create the perfect setting for unforgettable outdoor moments. Next to the pool, a built-in barbecue allows preparing delicious meals while loved ones have fun. Additionally, the gardens host majestic olive trees and fruit trees, offering the possibility of picking fresh lemons or juicy oranges in season.

Inside, Chalet Lloberina is distributed over two floors, combining traditional elements with modern amenities. On the ground floor, the rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge-freezer and generous storage space, plus a table for enjoying cosy breakfasts. From here, access is gained to a spacious dining room with high ceilings and views of the impressive original stone entrance. The living room, decorated with wooden beams and tiled floors, offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere with comfortable sofas and satellite TV with limited channels. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine for added convenience.

The bedrooms have been designed to ensure restful sleep and stand out for their spaciousness and local-style decoration. All have cold/hot air conditioning, programmed according to local energy-saving initiatives, operating from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

From the dining room, stairs lead to the first floor, where the four bedrooms are located. There are two rooms with single beds, each with an en-suite bathroom, and two double matrimonial rooms, also with their own en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower and essential elements for guests' well-being.

Chalet Lloberina is located in a privileged area of Pollença. Just five minutes by car, you can explore its old town, full of unique shops, authentic restaurants and fascinating historical sites. Do not miss the Sunday market, where you can find fresh regional products.

To enjoy the sea, Puerto Pollença is just fifteen minutes by car, an ideal place to relax on the beach or practice water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing or boat trips. If you are looking for crystal-clear waters, Cala Sant Vicenç is a must-visit.

The use of a car is recommended to move with complete freedom and explore the most charming corners of the island.

For each confirmed booking, a guide is provided with information about the area and recommendations to make the most of the stay.

This chalet is ideal for families with babies, as it has two cribs and two high chairs at no additional cost. Extra units can be requested upon request.
