Description
Villa Guacamayo is a charming Mallorcan Villa located between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa beach. It has been made great use of both local stone and decoration. The cottage style villa, which is all on one level is bright and provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colors. It also enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.
Since April of 2022, Villa Guacamayo will have two bicycles available free of charge for customer use.
The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views towards the pool and lawn area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday.
Down the corridor there is an airy double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, both have windows facing the garden. There is a bathroom at the beginning of the corridor.
The Villa has a detached studio with a double bedroom, cute terrace facing the grass area and a private shower and toilet.
All the bedrooms and studio of Villa Guacamayo include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. In winter time there is a pellet stove in the lounge.
From the lounge, doors open onto the veranda facing the garden. Here there is an outdoor dining area with easy access to the pool, BBQ, lawn and sunbathing space, perfect for dining al fresco. There is also a third bathroom with outdoor shower.
Enjoy wonderful sunsets behind the mountains from the chill out area in the roof top terrace of Villa Guacamayo!
Villa Guacamayo is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.
Villa Guacamayo is well situated just 5 min drive both to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa where in the evening can participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer.
Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.
In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.
A car is needed for additional flexibility as Villa Guacamayo is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near it.

The outdoor area is excellent - huge garden, pool, terrace and the roof terrace! The heating/ac system worked perfectly and the kitchen is very well equiped! Great start package - wine, fruits, water, toast bread, cheese welcomed us!

Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Fast alles ist auf neuem Stand und die Einrichtung ist absolut stimmig. Es hat einfach Spaß gemacht sich hier aufzuhalten und Alles zu nutzen (Pool, Tischtennis, Sunset-Terrasse,...). Die Villa, der Garten, diesee more

Auch die Betreuung Vorort war perfekt. Sehr unaufdringlich, aber da, wenn man sie brauchte. Danke dafür. Sollte es für uns mal wieder ein Finca-Urlaub auf Mallorca werden, ist Owl-Booking auf jeden Fall unsere erste Adresse. Empfehlung bei Verwandten und Freunden ist inklusive.

Dentro de la casa nos quedamos con la terracita que da a la piscina, tiene un porche precioso y se está de lujo durante todo el dia y toda la noche, además tiene césped natural y está muy cuidado y una zona de hamacas muy cómoda, además de una barbacoa, por lo que es muy completa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y lo mejor es la paz y el silencio que se respira en toda la casa.
