Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a spacious, elegant, and airy living room equipped with everything you need for your entertainment. From here, doors open to the patio and pool area, an ideal spot for relaxation and sunbathing. You'll also find a barbecue and a large table for family gatherings and outdoor dinners. In this area, there's also a bathroom and an outdoor toilet for your convenience.
On the same floor, you'll find a new, modern, American-style kitchen, fully equipped with all the utensils you need for your vacation. Open the large sliding doors of the kitchen to connect it with the pool area and enjoy outdoor living during the summer months.
On the first floor, there's a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom and a private terrace perfect for sunbathing. Additionally, there are two additional twin double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, all decorated with high-quality local stone designs. As stated a 2 minute walk to the town centre
Bedrooms were comfortable and the top floor bedroom is amazing

There were seven of staying a week in the villa The space was amazing and each bedroom having en suite facilities was fantastic. Having a garage was essential as the street was very narrow. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the Square see more

The only little thing you could improve was to have a couple of sun chairs , I know we had plenty loungers, However there were three people in their 70/80’s As the loungers were low, The pool is small, we knew that before we came . That is only a smsee more

We stayed at Villa Alvarez in the middle of May. It is a dream for cyclists - it has it's own garage for storage, with easy access to the main roads to Port Pollenca and the mountains. The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a see more

The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a small shop and bakery right next door for all the essentials. Just Perfect! The Villa was very clean, well laid out and is a short walk from the main parts of Pollenca. Owl Bookings were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They communicated quickly and helpfully through the booking process and during our stay.
