Villa Can Totxa is a charming Mallorcan house located in a Special Natural Interest Area (A.N.E.I.), renowned for its authentic stone walls and peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The villa blends modern elements with traditional Mallorcan design, offering all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay.

Upon entering, you’ll find the living-dining room, which merges rustic style with modern touches. The wooden beams and stone arches create an authentic atmosphere, perfect for enjoying Mediterranean serenity. To the left, there is the rustic kitchen, ideal for cooking while enjoying a glass of wine. Additionally, the villa features a bright interior terrace for family meals, from which you can access the pool area, where you can also enjoy a barbecue with views of the natural landscape.

On the first floor, you’ll find the bedrooms. The villa has three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds, decorated with the original stone from the house. All the rooms have views of the property’s grounds and the nearby mountains. Also on this floor is a fully equipped bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, which is programmed according to local energy-saving initiatives, from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The first floor also features a game area with a pool table, foosball, darts, and a telescope for astronomy enthusiasts. Adjacent to this area is another living room with comfortable period sofas, perfect for watching TV. The villa also offers WIFI throughout to keep you connected.

Outside, there are two annex rooms housing a small gym and a space dedicated to cyclists, equipped with tools and bike racks. There is also a full bathroom for showering after a day of sports.

Villa Can Totxa is just an 8-minute drive from the center of Pollença, a town steeped in history. Highlights include the Church of Plaza Mayor, the Sunday market with local produce, and the beautiful Calvario views.

Puerto de Pollença, just 10 minutes by car, offers a long sandy beach and a spectacular bay, perfect for water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, water skiing, and jet skiing. Nearby Cala San Vicente and Formentor offer natural landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and excellent restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood.

We recommend renting a car, as the villa is well located for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas around Pollença and its coast.
