Villa Trinxater is a holiday accommodation facing the sea, ideal for lovers of water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing and canoeing. It is only a 12-minute walk from the impressive Las Dunas Beach, surrounded by fine sand, 5 minutes’ drive from Puerto Pollensa and 3 minutes’ drive from the picturesque town of Alcúdia, a walled city with Roman and medieval buildings. Enjoy this beautiful estate nestled in a nature reserve!
After a day of water sports and enjoying the sea, you can head to the town to explore its restaurants, cafes or visit the traditional weekly market in Alcúdia.
This villa has a privileged location, close to the mountains and the ocean. If you prefer to stay at home, you can enjoy the landscape from its beautiful garden and private pool. There is also a canoe available at no additional cost for you to enjoy the sea.
Villa Trinxater is perfectly equipped to offer an excellent holiday with friends and family. It is distributed in two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, available at any time of the day and night to improve your comfort.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Villa Trinxater has an indoor full bathroom and an outdoor bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need during your holidays. If you prefer to enjoy an outdoor meal, the garden has a barbecue, a ping pong table and a private pool with privileged views of the hills and the Albufera Natural Park.
The villa is located on the ground floor of the property, with exclusive access to the pool and facilities. The first-floor apartment is not included.
Villa Trinxater has private parking, and you can also arrive by bus, as the bus station is only a 5-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away by car or bus.

Puerto Pollensa is a tourist complex that offers a wide variety of activities both on land and on the coast. The Bay of Puerto Pollensa offers various water sports to choose from. During the day, you can relax on the beach or, if you prefer to be more active, hire a windsurfing, kayaking, sailing or water skiing instructor or try a jet ski.
The old town of Pollença has excellent restaurants and small cafes. The city is full of history, visible in every corner. The Sunday market is especially colourful, with local fruits and vegetables, nuts and spices.
Although a car is not essential, it is recommended for greater flexibility, as Villa Trinxater is well located to explore other beautiful and picturesque nearby areas, such as Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

We had a great stay in Villa La Marina situated in a quiet area close to the sea, for us perfect for a relaxing stay. The Villa was lovely and clean and upon arriving at a late evening we were pleasantly welcomed with all the essentials left to make see more

The Villa was lovely and clean and upon arriving at a late evening we were pleasantly welcomed with all the essentials left to make a meal and complimentary drinks, such as wine, juice and water. Reservation procedure has been brilliant in the organisation of the problems prior to our holiday and was always on hand during our stay. La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et a tout le confort pour passer des vacances tranquilles en famille (2 terrasses, une piscine, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, four micrsee more
Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette agréable maison avec nos 3 enfants.
La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et a tout le confort pour passer des vacances tranquilles en famille (2 terrasses, une piscine, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, four micro ondes et four, sèche cheveux, etc). Les serviettes de toilettes et les draps de bains mis à disposition étaient d'une très grande douceur. La plage est visible depuis une des 2 terrasses et se trouve juste derrière la route d'accès à la maison. La location est très bien située pour se balader dans Majorque. A environ 2 minutes de voiture de la vieille ville d'Alcudia, entre 20 et 30 minutes de voiture pour aller à Pollenca ou au cap de Formentor, à 1h de Soller, à 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Palma, ... Franchement, je recommande cette location sans hésiter. |

Nous apprécierons également vos commentaires sur l'emplacement de la villa ainsi que ses commodités qui seront sûrement utiles à tout futur voyageur. Je voudrais juste signaler qu'il est interdit d'emprunter la route de Formentor à certaines heures de la journée et aussi certains mois de l'année. Il est bon d'en être conscient pour ne pas recevoir de cadeau sous forme d'amende. Nous apprécions également votre commentaire sur l'isolation acoustique. Nous le mentionnerons sûrement au propriétaire afin qu'il l'ait en tête pour les futures améliorations de la propriété. Nous espérons vous revoir bientôt. Bonne journée, Owl booking team |
